Insurance Participation: The Association of South Bay Surgeons participates with most major health insurance programs. We are in-network providers for the following PPO plans:

With a referral authorization, we accept the following HMO medical groups:

Billing & Payments:  ***We are a cashless system*** With COVID-19, cash is not an ideal form of payment when it comes to a safe and hygienic practice environment.

We require payment for out-of-pocket costs including co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance or non-covered services at the time of your visit or service. We offer flexible payment plans for large expenses not covered by your insurance. Please contact our billing office for more information.
